I have been working in the field of psychotherapy and counselling for many years, offering an integrative, body–mind approach that supports people experiencing anxiety, low mood, and the longer-term effects of stress and trauma.
I work in a way that is attentive, intuitive, and grounded in the present moment, allowing space for deeper patterns to gently unfold and be understood. What matters most to me is creating a space where you feel met, not judged or analysed, and where we can go at a pace that feels right for you.
My initial training was in Core Process Psychotherapy, which integrates mindfulness and Buddhist psychology with Western approaches to understanding the self. I also hold a diploma in psychodynamic counselling.
Over time, my work has continued to evolve through further training in a range of relational and body-based approaches, including the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Focusing, Somatic Experiencing, and NeuroAffective Touch.
Rather than working from a fixed model, I draw on these approaches in an integrated and responsive way, depending on what feels most supportive for you.
I offer sessions online and in my private practice in Haywards Heath.
I am a registered member of the BACP and I am fully insured.
